The Hudson Real Estate Advisory Group is a minority-owned business that protects the development interest of its clients to ensure fair and equitable partnership opportunities are achieved. Our mission is to assist local governments, Public Housing Authorities, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Non-Profit/For-Profit entities, Athletes, Churches, Young professionals, and others nationwide in successfully carrying-out housing and economic development opportunities either on their own or through partnerships. The Hudson Real Estate Advisory Group believes in helping communities create jobs and build wealth. The Hudson Real Estate Advisory Group is experienced in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credit, Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD), Real Estate Development Training, neighborhood and community planning, capacity building and management, defining developer’s role and responsibility in project development, preparing RFP’s and RFQ’s, structuring joint venture partnerships, negotiating master development agreements, guiding development team selection, real estate finance, community development finance, loan underwriting and servicing, commercial development, financial modeling, and financial packaging.
